1. Who is the company?

   But briefly it was founded in summer 2002. It initially marketed a stock market trading system which was replaced on November 2005 with the Wealth builder Forex program.
   
   The Founder and President developed the original formula in the 1980's. He traded his personal portfolio part-time while pursuing a career as an IT professional and management consultant. His vision was to create a trading system that the average investor, with no prior trading experience, could use to control his/her own portfolio. In 2004, as advances in technology and the internet were starting to make the lucrative Forex market available to individual investors Mark adapted his stock trading system for use in the FOREX market.

3. Does it have a refund policy?

   Yes. Any charges (initial startup or monthly renewal) will be refunded in full if requested within 10 days. From day 11 through 30, it will refund 50%. Beyond 30 days, charges are not refundable.

5. Why haven't I received my signed up confirmation by e-mail?

   One of two reasons. Either you gave an invalid e-mail address, or you have a SPAM blocker installed on your e-mail system. When you start your business, make sure any e-mails from the company are not blocked. Add their email address to your allowed email list.

6. How to better benefit from the 15-day trial?

   Here is some advice to better benefit you with the 15-day trial and help you avoid being disappointed about short-term results with the Investment Strategy.
   1. The trial is designed to see how the system works, not how much profit you can make in 15 days.
      Therefore try to focus on the following:
      1. Notice how the system allows you to earn daily interest. Daily interests are different depending of the broker you will choose.
      2. Notice how the system keeps the profit/Loss value (volatility) lower in your account due to the "hedging" of inverse currency pairs.
         This is the key feature of the Investment Strategy which allows you to not be having to watch your computer screen all of the time and not be stressed by the possibility of losing all of your capital. This is possible with the fact that the system forces you to trade currency pairs where their movements go statistically in opposite directions. The best example of this is to trade only the EUR/USD and USD/CHF currency pairs together.
      3. Once you enter your risk parameter notice how the system consistently buys low and sells high.
   2. Do not focus on your portfolio Profit/Loss value because a 15-day trial is not long enough to test a LONG-TERM Investment Strategy that could take 3 to 6 months or more to start generating accurate and consistent returns on your FX Portfolio. It is possible that you could start your trial during a short-term negative period which could lead to a draw-down on your portfolio.
   3. The Investment Strategy is not a HYIP nor a "quick cash-grab" type of system, so DO NOT base it's success or failure on whether you were positive or negative on your Demo FX Account after only 15 days.

7. Why use the Investment Strategy?

   • The Investment Strategy does not require any previous knowledge of the FOREX Market or trading and can be up and running for a total beginner in just an hour or two!
   • All of your trading can all be done stress-free and will take up only about 15-20 minutes per week.
   • No classes, No seminars, No books nor CDs and NO STUDYING.
   • No need to study trends or try to predict which way the market will go.
   • No buy or sell signals so you do not need to rush to execute the signals.

9. Can you give me any indications as to what sort of returns I can expect?

   We do not provide no numbers whatsoever. There are several reasons. First, if we make no claims (either from "real" accounts or from "backtesting" mountains of data), we cannot be accused of fixing the numbers in its favor. Systems can be "curve fit" extremely easily with today's powerful computers. Even "real" accounts can be manipulated by opening dozens of them and reporting on only a few. The company believes that ANY results received from system authors should be intensely mistrusted. So, if the results can't be trusted, then why provide them? Instead, it invites you to try the strategy for yourself - free, for 15 days. Open a demo account (or several of them) with a real forex broker, listen in on a few of weekly training calls, and see the power of the Wealth Builder program for yourself.

10. Do I invest my money with that company?

    No. It is not a Forex broker. You'll open your own brokerage account with the brokerage firm of your choice. To aid with training and support, it does have a list of brokers, but ultimately, you may choose any broker you'd like. It never has any control over your investment dollars.

11. How can I be sure that the strategy will work in the rather volatile Forex market?

    The FOREX market is known for its volatile nature and large swings, but it is also known for the fact that currency pairs tend to be reciprocals of one another. The strategy takes advantage of this knowledge by using the pairs' correlation to decrease your risk and the swings effects and allows you to benefit from various interest rates and the ability to buy low and sell high.
    The key to the system is the correlations between the traded currencies pairs the obligation to trade combinations of pairs which, historically speaking, move in opposite directions to allow the gains on one to offset (at least to an extent) the losses on the other. For example the EUR/USD pair has a perfect correlation of 1 and the USD/CHF pair has an extremely high negative correlation of -0.93. Again, historically speaking, these pairs are extremely likely to move in opposite directions. In the short run, though, anything is possible. If an unusual series of events take place, the pairs may move together for a time. On half the occasions, these anomalies will work in your favor. The other half will go against you.

12. How will I access the software?

    Once you're signed up, you'll be given an ID#. That ID# will allow you access to the Command Center website where you'll utilize the software and download the back-office software to your computer. You can reach this website by clicking "Member Login" from the company main website.

13. What training is available to me while I'm learning the system?

    In the web site there is a training page with detailed step-by-step instructions which assume you have zero Forex trading experience. There are also on-line video presentations showing exactly how to place the trades and a training conference call each week. Most people are capable of opening their demo accounts and placing trades within a few hours.

14. How much money do I need to start trading live in the Forex market?

    In order to properly use the Investment Strategy, it is recommended to trade a minimum of $2000. $5000 to $10000 would be better. (Note: some brokers require a higher amount to open an account). These numbers are suggested to make sure that you have a properly balanced portfolio and you are able to purchase enough "lots" which is achieved through buying "lots" of currency pairs.
